This includes that changes you make in your account are also reflected in the share registers of other companies in which you are registered via Aktionariat AG.<\/p><p>The share tokens are recorded on the Ethereum blockchain. Your wallet address and the related transactions are publicly visible there; the blockchain does not contain your name.<\/p><p>Aktionariat AG and the service providers and banks named have their registered office in Switzerland. Aktionariat AG processes the data in Switzerland and in states of the European Union (EU) and the European Economic Area (EEA), dilisense GmbH processes the queries in the EU (Germany); according to the Federal Council, these states provide an adequate level of data protection (Art. 16 para. 1 FADP). If personal data are disclosed to another state without an adequate level of data protection, we ensure appropriate safeguards, in particular standard data protection clauses (Art. 16 para. 2 lit. d FADP; Art. 46 GDPR), or rely on a statutory exception (Art. 17 FADP; Art. 49 GDPR). Tax data are transferred abroad on the basis of international treaties (Art. 16 para. 2 lit. a FADP): via the FTA to the partner states of the automatic exchange of information and, where provided for under the FATCA agreement, to the United States.<\/p><p>We retain the documents on which an entry in the share register is based for ten years after your deletion from the share register (Art. 686 para. 5 CO), and the records under the anti-money laundering legislation, including the results of the sanctions screening, for at least ten years after the end of the shareholding or the completion of the transaction (Art. 7 para. 3 AMLA). Thereafter, we delete or anonymise the data unless another statutory retention obligation applies.
